All services and productized solutions are billed according to the pricing agreed upon in official proposals, invoices, or checkout pages.
- Payments must be made in full before the start of any service (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Late payments may result in delayed project timelines or suspension of services.
- Fees are non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and/or U.S. Dollars (USD) depending on the client’s location.
7. Refunds & Cancellations Cancellations
- For custom services: Refunds are not applicable once project work has begun.
- For DIY or digital kits: Refunds are available only in case of duplicate payment or technical error, within 7 days of purchase.
- For subscriptions or retainers: Cancellation requires a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
Pixel Branding Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of non-compliance, inappropriate behavior, or payment issues.

Pixel Branding Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client data, brand assets, and proprietary information shared during engagements. Similarly, clients agree not to share, replicate, or disclose any Pixel frameworks, templates, or internal materials.
Both parties may sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
